This project involved upgrading the home’s HVAC system with a Carrier high-efficiency furnace to improve year-round comfort and energy efficiency. Two remote rooms experienced significant temperature differences compared to the rest of the house. Rather than modifying the existing ductwork, a ductless mini-split system was installed to provide independent heating and cooling for those areas. A whole-home Aprilaire humidifier was also installed to improve indoor air quality and maintain proper humidity levels during winter.
Carrier Furnace Installation

Whole-Home Humidifier
Aprilaire whole-home humidifier installed on the supply duct to maintain balanced indoor humidity during the heating season.
Ductless Mini-Split Installation
